There’s no postage to add at checkout and no threshold to reach. The price you see on the product is the price you pay.

How long it takes

7 to 14 business days from when you order to when it lands on your doorstep.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Once yours is on its way you’ll get an email with a tracking number — do check your junk folder for that one, tracking emails have a habit of ending up there.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. Delivery to regional and remote addresses can take a few days longer than the city, and December is always slower than the rest of the year.

Anywhere in Australia, including PO boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Tracking your order

Your tracking email arrives when the parcel leaves us. It can take 24–48 hours before the tracking number starts showing scans, so don’t worry if it looks blank at first — that’s normal.

If it’s been more than 14 business days and nothing has arrived, get in touch with your order number and we’ll chase it up.

A note on our clearance

We’re clearing out the shop, so pieces move quickly and some are the last one in that size. If something in your order sells out between you ordering and us packing, we’ll email you and refund that item in full straight away. It doesn’t happen often, but we’d rather tell you than leave you wondering.

Wrong address?

Email us within a couple of hours of ordering at contact@perthboutique.shop and we’ll fix it if the parcel hasn’t gone out yet. Once it’s with the courier we can’t change it, and a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address will need to be re-sent at your cost.

Changed your mind once it arrives? You’ve got 30 days.
