These terms apply when you use perthboutique.shop or buy from us. By placing an order you’re agreeing to them, so it’s worth a read. We’ve kept it as short and readable as we can.

1. Using this site

You may use this site to browse and buy for your own personal use. You agree not to use it fraudulently, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy it wholesale, or to break any law while using it.

You must be at least 18 to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including measurements, fabric and care. Colours can look different on different screens, so a navy on your monitor may be a slightly different navy in the parcel.

This is genuine shop stock from a boutique that has been trading since 2006. Some pieces have been on the floor for a while, and where a garment has any shop wear we say so on the product page.

3. Stock and availability

All items are subject to availability. We’re clearing our floor stock, and most pieces exist in very small numbers — often one per size.

If an item sells out between you ordering and us packing, we’ll email you and refund that item in full. We may cancel or refuse an order where stock has run out, where there’s an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • Shipping is free, so the price shown is what you pay.
  • Prices can change without notice, but the price applying to your order is the one shown at checkout.
  • If a price is obviously wrong — a clear typographical error — we may cancel and refund rather than honour it, and we’ll tell you why.
  • Payment methods and how each works are set out in our Payment Options page. Afterpay, Zip and PayPal are agreements between you and those providers, not with us, and their terms apply.

5. Your order

An order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges we’ve received it. The contract is formed when we accept the order by dispatching it.

Please check your address carefully. Parcels returned to us because the address was wrong will need to be re-sent at your cost.

6. Delivery

We ship free across Australia in 7–14 business days. Full detail is on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days, unworn with tags, approval by email before you post anything back, and return postage is at your cost unless the item was faulty.

8. Gift cards

Gift cards are covered by the terms on our Gift Cards page. They don’t expire, can’t be exchanged for cash and can’t be reloaded.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they aren’t of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 9, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the content of any third-party website we link to.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, logos, layout and design — belongs to Perth Boutique or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. You may of course print pages for your own personal use.

If you send us photos as a brand ambassador, you keep ownership of them and grant us permission to use them in our marketing.

12. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account we believe is being used fraudulently.

13. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
